Spicy Lemon Chili Coleslaw

3 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 medium Carrots, raw 2 pepper Hot Chili Peppers 6 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Shred or chop all vegetables
Seed chilis and remove membranes & add to vegetables
Add greek yogurt
Zest the lemon and add to yogurt & vegetables
Juice the lemon and add to mixture
Season with salt, pepper, celery salt as desired
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings 1/2 cup each
