Low Carb Parmesan Chicken

2 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce (Traditional) 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese garlic powder, to taste onion powder, to taste italian seasoning, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a shallow, small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Season each side of breast with garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning to your liking; place in casserole dish.
3. Spoon pasta sauce equally over top of each breast.
4. Bake for about 45 minutes then remove and sprinkle each breast equally with cheeses and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese are melted.
5. Enjoy with a vegetable of your choice!
