Ingredients
0.5 cup Coconut Flour (by BCANAS) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Coconut Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
Directions
Mix the flour, salt and baking soda together. Melt to coconut oil and add the eggs, mixing well. Add the cider to the wet mixture, then slowly pour into the dry mixture. Pour batter into greased, small bread pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
