Ingredients
4 serving Marscapone Cheese, 1 oz (by MELISSIAB) 340 grams Mushrooms, fresh (12 Oz Container whole white mushrooms)16 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 28 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) 2 tsp Garlic 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 350
Clean Mushrooms & Remove Stems
Sauté Sausage until slightly brown to eliminate the long baking time later but dont cook through so the ingredients bind with out extra fillers
Mix 4 oz Mascarpone Cheese with Sausage / Egg/ Chives and Garlic in a bowl
Fill Mushroom Heads with Sausage / Cheese Mixture
Place in Baking Pan and Cook at 350 for 30 minutes
