2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 59 gram(s) Maple Syrup Brookdale 100% pure (74g = 100ml) 125 gram(s) Doves Farm Organic Wholegrain Spelt Flour (by INTERNET_NOBODY) 1 serving Uncle Toby's Wholegrain Oats (1/2 cup) (by NZFOOD) 75 grams Raisins, golden seedless 1 serving Slivered Almonds 1/4 cup (1 oz ) (20g) 50 grams Butter, salted 75 ml Lactose Free Full Cream Mill (Farmdale) 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 2 serving Orange Zest 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 400° F /200° C. Line a shallow 71n (17cm) square baking pan with paper.
Beat the maple syrup and eggs together in a bowl. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then add the rest of the ingredients and fold together with a large metal spoon. Spoon into the prepared pan, spread out evenly and bake 20 minutes.
Using the edges of the paper , lift out the bake and transfer to a wire rack. Leave to cool then cut into 16 squares
