Ingredients
4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Flaxseed .22 ounce Yeast, bakers 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
1.) In a large bowl whisk together 3 cups of flour, salt, flax seed, and yeast until well combined. Warm water to 110° F (43° C) then stir it into dry ingredients to form a wet dough. Cover and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour or more until double in size.

2.) Flour a clean, flat surface with half of the remaining flour. Turn dough out onto floured workstation and knead until dough is soft, working in the remainder of the flour as needed.

3.) Divide dough into 20 equal parts rolling each into a ball. Flatten each ball and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and allow to rise an additional :30 minutes to an hour.

4.) Preheat oven to 400° F (204° C). Bake sampylä for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Cool before serving.
