Ingredients
1.25 lb Flank Steak 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Chili powder 3 cup, sliced Onions4 cup Green Pepper strips4 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Mix spices and rub on steak, let sit while chopping vegetables Add oil to pan over medium high heat and cook steaks on each side 2-4 minutes depending on thickness. Set aside to cool before slicing In same pan cook vegetables over medium high heat until done about 5 minutes. Add steak to vegetables and serve. Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
