Green Chili Bake

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, salted5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned0.06 cup Flour, white1.0 cup Kroger Cottage Cheese- Small Curd 4% milkfat8.0 oz Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese- Great Value
Directions
Green Chili Bake 5 beaten eggs 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack (I like half jack, half pepper jack) 1 C cottage cheese 2 T melted butter 2 T flour 1/2 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 4 oz can chopped green chilies (I used the juice, too) Mix, pour into a greased baking dish. 350 degrees 35 minutes is what the recipe said, but I had to cook it longer till the middle seemed set. Let set 10 minutes before serving. Serving Size: Makes 4
