Ingredients
600.0 Grams Veal, leg (top round), separable lean only, cooked, braised150.0 Grams Split Peas4.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil130.0 Grams Tomato Paste500.0 Grams Eggplant
Directions
Bake eggplants brushed with oil Mix all except eggplants add salt pepper saffron and cinnamon to desired taste in four cups of water. Cook until meat is well done. Add eggplants and let it boil for couple of minutes.
