Swerve buttercream icing

Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted Butter, softened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/8 cup (* MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk 2 cups Sweetener, Swerve Confectioners (by KINSPAPPY) *if needed you can add 2-5 tbsp potato starch to thicken but I did not need it
Directions
Beat butter with mixer until creamy (30-45 seconds), add vanilla, milk then slowly add confectioners sugar 1/2 cup at a time beat 2 - 3 minutes.

*if mixer does not thicken you can add potato starch 1 tbsp. at a time

Serving Size: Make enough icing for 12 or more cupcakes
