6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 8 oz Pimento Cheese 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) 1 dash Pepper, black .25 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Onion powder
Bake for 18-22 minutes on 350 degrees. Let cool on a rack for 10 minutes before eating. There will be oil drippings after baking from the mayonnaise in the pimento cheese. It keeps the sausage balls moist. Balls will firm up more after cooling.
