Ingredients
3 medium Carrots, raw 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Chop veggies & toss in oil and herbs. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes.
