Ingredients
1 LB Beef - GV Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g)1 Bag Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions3 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms 4 cloves Garlic1 chopped Shallots1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 2 TBSP Beef bouillon1 tbsp Fish Sauce2 TBSP Potsticker Sauce3 TBSP Swerve (or Splenda) 1 tsp Pepper Flakes2 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Saute the beef, Pull out and put aside. And in peppers, onions and carrots (sliced on the bais), saute 1 min. Add beef back and sauce (all the ingredients mixed together except the first 3). Cook for 2 mins on high (boiling) till thick. Serve
