Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Bobs Red Mill Super-fine Almond Flour 1 tbsp Bobs Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 3 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 6 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Then combine wet to dry. Drop on cookie sheet in large spoonfuls. Should make 9 biscuits. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes Serving Size: 1 biscuit

    My daughter made this recipe and they were absolutely delicious. The only thing I would maybe do differently is a little less on the baking soda however I do not know if that would affect the biscuit altogether. These would be great with butter and sugar free syrup. This recipe is low carb and keto - 6/13/19
