Egg Drop Noodle Soup

Ingredients

* Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor, 4 packages * Water, 6 cups * egg white, fresh, from 4 large eggs * Celery, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped * Mushrooms, 1/2 cup, pieces or slices * Onion, raw, 1/2 cup, minced
1. Cook 4 packages Ramen Noodles to directions on package. (This is where the 6 cups water is used)
2. Chop finely, celery and onions. Add to noodles after they have softened.
3. Add Mushrooms to pot.
4. Stir then cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Spoon egg whites into pot slowly (this should give it that "stringy" look as it hits the water and cooks).
6. Allow to cook another 2 minutes.
7. Serve
