2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour1.0 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)0.66 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 tsp Salt4.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.66 cup Coconut Oil1.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened6.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)8.0 tbsp Almonds - sliced
Heat oven to 375
Chop apples
Melt oil
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Stir until moist
Add fruit and nuts
Bake in greased muffin tins for 18 minutes
