Pizza Meat Pie

1 lb. Ground beef, lean 1/2 cup Milk1/2 cup Bread crumbs tsp Italian seasoning1/2 medium Onion, chopped½ tsp. Garlic, minced1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning1/4 tsp. Salt 1 can (213 ml) Pizza Sauce – Unico (or use equal amount of ketchup or tomato paste)1 can (10 oz.) Mushrooms, drained1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Combine beef, milk, crumbs, onions, garlic, salt and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Pat into a 9” x 9” pan, or into a pie plate.
Stir pizza sauce, mushrooms and mozza cheese together. Spread over meat. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serves 6.
