Directions
Whisk eggs and season with salt. Add 1 tbsp milk and whisk. In a skillet grease pan and sautee green épopée and onions then and spinach. Add the remaining ingredients.

    Not one I will try. The nutritional information is way more that I would put in my body for 1 serving. (That's cals, carbs, and sodium. It has a lot of protein and looks good though. - 6/15/19
