12 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 24 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk) 7 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken bouillon 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Skin, cut up, and then boil potatoes until tender. Cut up garlic, onion, and celery. Take these three and saute them in olive oil until onion is translucent. When potatoes are down keep heat at medium don't drain water add chicken bouillon cubes and carnation milk. Add onions, garlic, and celery. Stir ingredients together and then serve.
