2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract6.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 tsp Baking Soda2.0 cup Granulated Sugar16.0 tbsp Shortening, Crisco4.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 tsp Morton Iodized Salt4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Combine dry ingredients, add wet and mix, bake at 350 for an hour for each loaf or 20 minutes for muffins and coffee cake. Pay attention during the last 5 or so minutes of baking to ensure it is not burned. Should be a nice brown and set in the middle.
