Ingredients
1.5 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1/2 medium, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 2 tbsp Ginger People Pickled Sushi Ginger (by MACROBIOTICHICK) 2 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise) 1 tsp Wasabi Paste (by ANDULKA) 2tsp Sesame Seeds 4 serving crab stick (each) (by PURPLE_ANGEL)
Directions
1. Divide rice into 2 bowls
2. Top with diced avocado, cucumber, and crab sticks
3. Mix mayo and avocado paste
4. Drizzle mayo over bowls
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pickled ginger
