Fruit bran muffins

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.66 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 0.66 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.66 tsp Baking Soda 0.66 cup Whole Wheat Flour 12 tsp Erythritol 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Molasses 0.66 cup Wheat bran, crude 0.33 cup Oat Bran 333 grams Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Coconut Milk 3.3 tbsp Avocado Oil 0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in blender then slowly add in dry, will be a loose batter. Finally add raisins but do not blend them in. Pour from blender into muffin cups.

Cook for about 15 min at 350 F, then 15 min at 415 F
