Quick and Easy Salsa Curry Chicken

Chicken thighs, salsa, sour cream, onions, curry powder
Put the chicken in the crock pot, pour the salsa over it. Put the
onion and curry powder on top of that. Turn it on low and let it cook
for 8-10 hours on low, or 5 hours on high. Before serving, stir in 1/2 cup sour cream and continue cooking til heaed through. When done, serve it over
rice.
FYI: if you microwave the curry powder for about 10 seconds, it
releases a lot of the oils, and you get a better flavor, especially if
your curry powder is older.
