0.5 cup Great value self rising flour 0.5 cup Great value nonfat Greek yogurt 0.25 cup Trader Giotto's Fat Free Pizza Sauce 2 oz Trader Joe's lite shredded mozzarella cheese 0.5 serving Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices) 0.25 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)
1. mix yogurt and flour together and mix well.
2.place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spray and flatten out into a circle,spray with cooking spray.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 425* for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, spread with sauce and top with toppings, return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
