Ingredients
752 gram Chicken thigh, meat and skin, raw, 1 thigh (by NELKATA) 4 cloves Garlic 1 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Cumin seed 8 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) .25 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Put together all ingredients and bake for 1n
Hour at 400 f.
