Grilled Veggie Kabobs

Ingredients
1 each medium green,sweet red and yellow peppers cut into 1-inch pieces.8 mini portobello mushrooms1 Tbsp olive oil (I used spray oil)1 tsp chili powder3/4 tsp seasoned salt1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
preheat grill and coat grill rack with cooking spray.
On four metal or wood-saoked skewers. alternately thread peppers and mushrooms. Brush (or spray) kabobs with oil. Combine the chili powder, salt and sugar and sprinkle over kabobs.
Grilled uncovered, over medium heat for 10-12 mintes or until crisp and tender, turning occasionally. - yields 4 servings.
