Mary's Jello/cheesecake with whipped topping

Ingredients
2 cup Great Value Sugar Free Lime Gelatin ( any flavor)16 oz Cream Cheese1/3 cup Almond Flour 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1/2 cup water1 Knox Gelation packet2 tsp. Stevia1 tsp. Vanilla.
Directions
Boil 1/2 water and add gelatins. Stir constantly. In a mixing bowl whip cream cheese until very soft. Add jello and Gelation. Mix well. Add 1/4 cup almond flour to base of pie plate then pour mixture into pan and refrigerate for about 4 to 6 hours. Before serving add 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream to mixing bowl and beat on very high speed. Add 2 tsp Stevie and a tsp. of vanilla. Serve on top of pie.
