Ingredients
6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles
Directions
Saute vegetables in oil. Crack eggs into a bowl and stir with a fork. Add eggs to pan with vegetables. When eggs set in the middle, add cheese and fold one side of eggs over. Flip once and remove from heat.
