1 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .5 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk .5 cup Coconut Oil 22 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 1 cup, chopped Pecans 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

combine wet ingredients with All Bran cereal & bananas
combine dry ingredients; fold into wet
add nuts
fill paper lined muffin tin
bake at 350 for about 35 minutes
