Ingredients
16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 small Peppers, sweet, red, fresh3.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.5 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme4.0 tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream8.0 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)2.0 tsp Garlic Salt
Directions
Cook ground turkey with pepper,onion seasoning stir in flour and milk cool until thick and beef broth . Cook 30 min on low add salt pepper garlic to taste. Stir in sour cream and turn off cover. Now cook noodles and add sauce to noodles.
