Apple and goat cheese salad

Ingredients
5.0 cup Fresh Mix-Spring Mix Lettuce1.0 oz goat cheese crumbled - taste of inspirations2.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple1.0 tbsp Cran and seeds
Directions
Wash the spring mix and apples thoroughly. Cut the apples into bite size pieces and mix. Serve with a balsamic vinaigrette. I prefer Greek vinaigrette for a lighter salad.
