Ingredients
0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 1 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams) 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 0.5 serving Cheese - Feta, Crumbled - Treasure Cave x 1/4 Cup 2 tbsp Celery, raw
Directions
Saute the veggies in the butter until cooked then add the the rest of the ingredients. Cook for another 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
