20 oz Pork Tenderloin .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp Sage, ground .12 cup Corn Starch 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 clove Garlic .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
combine sage,salt,pepper & crushed garlic clove. rub on pork. add 1/2 cup water to crockpot. add pork. cook on low for 4 hrs. combine 1/2 cup water,brown sugar, balsamic vinegar,soy sauce,cornstarch in small sauce pan. heat on medium until thickens. must stir constantly. last hour of cooking, mop pork with glaze.
