Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients
12.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil24.0 tsp Organic cane sugar1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground16.0 tbsp Nestle Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Add parchment paper to 9x9 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix oil,sugar,eggs,vanilla together. In a separate bowl add almond flour,baking soda,salt, cinnamon. After mix in almond flour mixture to wet mixture. After that fold in chocolate chips. Then add batter to baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean without uncooked batter. Let it cool for at least a half hour or one hour and cut into bars.
