3.0 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Boiled potatoes2.0 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 tbsp Kelapo ghee0.5 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.75 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
Peel potatoes cut them into small pieces wash them in cold water then boil them until they're soft.
Drain the potatoes, then match them with a potato masher. Add the rest of the ingredients. Now you can use it just like regular mashed potatoes or put it into a pastry bag and make little round 1 inch in diameter Rosette pop them in the oven to Brown them and then serve them with a fancy dinner
