9 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled) 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 3 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard
Directions
Hard boil eggs. Cool, peel , and smash eggs. Add avocado, avocado oil, mustard, and salt and pepper and mash to desired consistency.
