Traditional German Breakfast

2 slices of whole wheat bread1 slice swiss cheeseunsalted butter, half a tbspjam, preferable strawberry, 1 tbsp1 medium applemilk, half a cupfresh, hot coffee or tea
Heat milk. If you like to, cook coffee or tea to drink with it, but make sure to calculate any sugar ;)
Top both bread slices evenly with soft butter, add cheese to one and jam to the other.
Slice the apple, and enjoy.
I usually pack half of it - half an apple and the cheese bread - to eat as a snack later on, but this way it's easier to track.
