Ingredients
4 serving Red skin potatoe 3 (1" in size or 5.3oz) (by LSPALDIN) 48 oz Chicken - Boneless skinless breast thin sliced, Perdue 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 serving 1 tsp Parsley Flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE) 2 tsp Goya Adobo (All Purpose Seasoning) (by TIARENEE) 1.5 tsp Garlic Salt 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Tomato Sauce
Directions
Cut up the chicken breast into small pieces. Peal and cube the red potatoes. In a pot with the oil, add the chicken and season with all the ingredients. Add the tomato sauce, 1 cup of water and cover. Let it cook on medium heat for about 20 to 25 minutes.
