Ingredients
4.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup3.0 tbsp Red Mill Coconut Flour1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.25 tsp Salt0.67 tbsp Xanthan Gum0.67 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw15.0 Grams Water, tap
Directions
1) Mix dry ingredients in food processor. 2) Add vinegar, then egg, then water, mixing between each. 3) Kneed dough in plastic wrap for 2 minutes. 4) Rest in refrigerator for 10 minutes. 5) Make 8 balls. Roll out into 5 inch rounds. 6) Heat skillet to medium. Cook for 3 seconds, flip and cook for 30 seconds. 7) Wrap in kitchen cloth until ready to use.
