1 cup Butter, softened1 cup THM Gentle Sweet1/4 cup THM Super Sweet2 eggs, room temperature 2 tsp vanilla1 tsp molasses 1 cup THM Baking Blend 1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda3 cups Rolled Oats1/2 cup Raisins (optional)1 cup Pecans, chopped & toasted1 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350
Cream softened butter & sweetners. Add eggs, vanilla, & molasses and mix well. Add baking blend, salt, baking powder, & baking soda and stir. Stir in oats, chocolate chip, pecans, & raisins and stir well.
Drop by TBS on baking sheet and flatten tops with fingers. Bake for 12 min. Cool on pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
Serving Size: Makes about 55 cookies
