0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol2.0 Grams Corn Starch1.0 serving Land O Lakes, Unsalted Whipped Butter, 1 Tbsp1.0 cup Maple Grove Farm Maple Syrup (sugar free)6.0 tsp Swerve Sugar Replacement16.0 tbsp Chopped Pecans
Melt butter in pot on low heat. Once fully melted add a tsp of corn starch and whisk until all the lumps are out of it. Add your syrup and sugar replacement; Mix well before bringing mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer, and stir again. Once the mixture stops bubbling add in the vanilla and mix again. Turn off heat completely and add in pecans or pour onto pecans in a heat-safe jar or bowl. Let cool and then refrigerate.
