Raw Corn Chips

Ingredients
3 cups fresh or frozen (defrosted) corn1 jalapeno pepper1 tsp salt, to taste
Directions
Remove seeds and ribs from jalapeno and chop.

Puree corn in food processor, adding water as needed to create an oatmeal consistency. Add in salt and jalapeno and puree until well blended (other flavors may be substituted/added here).

Spread thinly (1/8 - 1/4" thick) onto paraflexx sheets and put in your dehydrator until crispy, flipping once about halfway through dry time (about 8 - 12 hrs).

    I love these, although I used less jalapeno - just half of one. I'm especially stoked because these dint have flax seed like some other raw corn chips. These taste really good. - 2/1/12
