12 Eggs, large16 oz Jimmy Dean pork sausage0.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned all the way through, crumbling into small pieces as you cook.
Put a dozen eggs into a bowl and whisk until scrambled.
Carefully pour eggs into muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway. Add crumbles sausage a pinch at a time into each cup, trying to disperse evenly. Do the same with these grated cheese.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes at 375. Do not let brown. Cool on wire wrack.
