i use spinach and tomato noodles cooked drained and cooledafter they have cooled add in your cut up vegatables1 large tomato1 cucumber1/2 of a red yellow and green pepperthen add your noodles dressing sugar and vinegar stir up and mix well taste to see if anything else needs added and then chill for at least an hourbest if you chill over night and add parmasan cheese before you serve it
not sure how many servings exactly i usually just spoon some out..i know it will feed at least 15 people
