Italian Wedding Soup with Brown Rice and Spinach

Ingredients
About 50 1 oz meatballs made from 80/20 beef1 cup of uncooked brown rice5 carrots chopped1 cup Parsley chopped1 cup, chopped Onions1 cup, diced Celery,4 tsp Garlic (4-6 cloves)1 tsp Oregano1 package (10 oz) Spinach
Directions
Put everything but the spinach into the crockpot. Leave on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Half an hour before serving, add spinach or other greens Serving Size: 12 2 cup servings
