OATMEAL BLENDER PANCAKES

1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1.0 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites .5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 cup Blueberries, fresh
Place all ingredients in blender, except Baking Powder. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl, stir in baking powder with whisk. Chop Walnuts.
Light oil and grease with butter the hot griddle pan.
Pour sufficient batter onto hot griddle to make a 5-6" pancake. Top with a teaspoon of chopped walnuts, place 4 blueberries. Wait few minutes and flip to cook otherside.
Enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes 12 - 5 inch pancakes. 1 pancake per serving.
