Ingredients
4 cup, sliced Summer Squash 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 serving Crackers - Ritz bits Cheese cracker sandwiches - 13 crackers .5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
Directions
steam onion and squash till tender set aside, mix cheese and half ritz crackers in a bowl, whisk egg and milk, add in large bowl, cheese and crackers egg and milk Pour in 9 by13 lightly greased dish. Mix crackers and bitter and pour over top. Bake 325 20-25 minutes until golden brown
