425 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 4 tbsp Athenos Roasted Garlic Hummus 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard .5 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tsp Paprika
Directions
drain and smash chickpeas, add hummus till smooth more if needed. Chop vegetables and add seasoning to taste. More hummus if needed. Adjust your calories
