Ingredients
6 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tbsp Cream Cheese 3 teaspoon Lakanto Monkfruit Classic White Granulated (by BRIDGETMAYS) 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk eggs. Add softened cream cheese. Whisk. Add coconut flour, monkfruit sweetener and a vanilla. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. It is done when a knife comes out clean.
