1 cup apple, diced into bite size pieces1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese1/4 cup blueberriesmakes 2 servings
Directions
1 cup apple, diced into bite size chunks
1/2 cupe 1% cottage cheese, divided
1/4 cup fresh blueberries

place place part of the apples in a parfait dish, top with cottage cheese and blueberries. add any remaining cottage cheese and apple on top. serve immediately.
